Hi! I'm Robin.

I know what it feels like to juggle priorities, feel stuck in overwhelm and search for the right systems to bring clarity and focus. Over the years, I've learned that the key to productivity isn't doing more—it's doing the right things with intention.
That's why I help individuals and teams cut through the noise, set clear priorities, and take back control of their time, focus and life.
My approach combines structured thinking, psychology and real-world experience to create strategies that actually work, whether you're neurodivergent or neurotypical.

I bring clarity, structure and actionable strategies to every challenge.
With a background in software engineering and open-source contributions, I understand the challenges of fast-paced environments and deep work.
I've helped startups optimize workflows, improve team dynamics and build strong leadership structures—guiding teams and individuals to work more efficiently and with greater focus.
Beyond the tech world, I've spent over a decade as a scout leader, coaching people in resilience, leadership and personal growth.
These experiences have shaped my coaching style—blending structure, clarity and actionable strategies to help clients cut through the noise and make real progress.
Whether you need to fine-tune your productivity, realign your priorities or break free from overwhelm, I'm here to help you create lasting change.

Outside of coaching, you'll find me diving into books, playing contrabass in an orchestra or writing fantasy novels.
I enjoy life in Karlsruhe, Southern Germany, with my beautiful wife, Carina, and our two lovely cats, Cora and Yori.
