Hi! I'm Robin.

I know what it feels like when work you can do starts to feel like work you don't care to do. I tried breaks and new tools, yet Mondays stayed gray. It wasn't willpower. It was misalignment: my work and my values weren't in the same room. I rebuilt around what mattered, made one honest decision, and adopted a gentler rhythm. The apathy lifted, progress felt natural. Now I help others do the same: realign first, then move.

I coach thoughtful professionals, often in their 30s and 40s, who keep postponing "easy" tasks, circle one big decision or stall on side projects. Together we surface what actually matters (ikigai style), choose a direction you believe in and turn it into steady, intentional momentum. My approach is calm, practical and neurodivergent-friendly, with lightweight prompts, clear structure and small steps that stick. I also support clients with self-management and productivity practices that complement the realignment work, so your day-to-day matches your values.

My background is in product and engineering with 10+ years in fast teams, plus psychology and philosophy studies and a decade of leadership in scouting. I understand deep work, deadlines and the quiet drag when the fit is off. As an autistic coach I design inclusive sessions by default: low pressure, adaptable and tailored to your energy and brain.

I enjoy life in Karlsruhe with my wife, Carina, and our two cats, Cora and Yori. Off-hours you'll find me reading, playing contrabass or writing fantasy.
