Mindstorming

Mindstorming describes rapid, structured idea generation.
The goal is to generate a high volume of answers (often 20–30) to a well‑framed question within a short time box.

Quantity precedes quality—the first 10 obvious answers clear the path for novel, higher‑leverage options. This constraint bypasses perfectionism and surfaces non-obvious options.

Use it to define next steps, remove blockers or explore strategies; then review, cluster themes and pick one actionable experiment.

Make it practical

Choose one focused question, set a timer (e.g., 20 minutes) and don't evaluate while generating. Only after the sprint do you cluster, score impact vs. effort, and select experiments.
