Bandwagon Effect

The bandwagon effect is our tendency to adopt beliefs or behaviors because many others do. Popularity substitutes for evidence, which can lead to copying workflows, tools or routines that don't fit your context.

Healthy skepticism asks: What problem does this solve for me? What trade-offs are hidden? Run small pilots and compare against your current baseline before fully adopting trends.

Use community inspiration as a source of hypotheses, not prescriptions.
The goal is fit, not fashion.
