Professional Mediation in a Safe, Neutral Space

Mediation offers room to talk about your conflict openly with support to understand each other better and find solutions you can both live with.
I guide the process; you stay in charge of the content.

What is Mediation?

Mediation is a structured, confidential process.
In a safe, neutral setting, the people in conflict can speak about what happened, how it affects them and what they need. The aim is constructive dialogue: understanding the other side's perspective and, where possible, arrangements you can both accept.
It is not about defeating the other side. It is about helping people sort things out for themselves and repair how they work or live together.

How the Process Works

Every conflict is different, so mediation takes as long as it takes.
There is no fixed package—we build clarity and safety step by step, in line with established mediation practice (including precise mandate clarification, as emphasised in inmedio's approach).
1
Intake conversation: we clarify the mandate, whether mediation fits and how we would proceed
2
If needed, separate preliminary conversations before everyone sits down together
3
Joint sessions: when the groundwork is in place, we work on the conflict together in a structured way

How We Moderate

When I moderate mediation, I work in tandem with a co-mediator.
That brings balance, stability and the attention your situation deserves so the process stays fair and focused for everyone involved.

My Role, Your Responsibility

My role is to moderate and guide the process: structure, methods and experience so difficult conversations can happen productively. Substance and decisions stay with you. The parties keep responsibility for what you discuss and what you agree. I help you find solutions you can own; that is what sound mediation is meant to do.

In Person and Online

I am based in Germany. In-person work for this offering is available in Rheinland-Pfalz and Baden-Württemberg. I usually prefer to start the first joint work in person when possible. From there, if everyone is comfortable with it, we can also meet online for parts of the process—we agree what fits in the intake conversation.

Confidentiality

What you share in this work is handled with care and discretion.
In mediation we agree on clear rules about what stays in the room, what may be shared and how—so everyone can speak openly without fear of unnecessary exposure.

Consultation When Mediation Is Not an Option

Sometimes full mediation is not the right step, or the other person is not willing to take part. In those cases I still support individuals as a one-to-one consultant: to think clearly, prepare conversations and reduce unnecessary escalation—without pushing a "win" narrative.

Training and Professional Background

I am a certified mediator, trained at inmedio (new tab), a leading institute for mediation and conflict competence in the German-speaking world.
My qualification follows their
mediation training programme (new tab).
I also work with companies and organizations when the context fits.
