Before attending the program, I wasn't taking much time to reflect on my life or plan for the future. Through Robin's structured approach, I gained clarity on where I stand in different areas of my life and identified what I wanted to improve.
Robin helped me set tangible goals for long-term progress and make changes to improve my daily happiness.

When I began the program with Robin, I was primarily faced with the question of meaning. Both at work and in everyday life, I was often unclear about why I was doing the things I was doing and where they would lead me in the future.
For context: I have two jobs at my company: one as a senior in HR, and the other as a junior SAP Analytics consultant. Privately, I've been volunteering with the scouts all my life. These are all things I enjoy, but I simply no longer saw the point.

In his program, Robin guided me through various steps, such as identifying my most important values in life, my strengths, and what comes easily to me without having to put in a lot of effort.
We also did some exercises on the topic of Ikigai or how to combine strengths, passion, the common good and income. The question that particularly stuck in my mind was "What breaks your heart if it's not done?" This makes the emphasis on the topic much clearer than if you simply ask "What is important to you?".
It was nice to simply reflect on what's important to me and what topics really interest me, regardless of my current job. We also explored questions like "What does wealth mean to me?" and "What does happiness mean to me?"

Throughout this program, one thing became clear to me: I'm not as bad off as I always think. Many of my everyday lifestyle choices, parts of my job and volunteer work align with my values and the topics that interest me—that was a wonderful realization.
We also developed a short-, medium- and long-term plan for how I can better integrate the topics that are important to me into my life in the future.

I thank Robin very much for this program and for his time and I look forward to working with him in the future.
