Think Week

A Think Week is a dedicated retreat for reflection, learning, and strategic decision‑making.
Popularized by Bill Gates, the format clears normal inputs (meetings, notifications) to think in longer arcs. By stepping outside routine, you regain perspective, question assumptions, and design the next moves with intention.

Define themes (e.g., personal systems, vision, skills), gather materials in advance and alternate deep reading with note synthesis and long walks. Limit digital noise. End with a concrete plan: what to stop, start, and continue—and the first week of actions.

It's a reset for priorities, not an escape.
